This antique straight keris comes from the dapur Tilam Upih. Tilam Upih in Javanese terminology means a mat made of woven leaves for sleeping, meant to indicate the comfort of a family or household. Therefore, many Pusaka Keris were passed down from generation to generation with the dapur Tilam Upih. This shows the hope of the family elders that their children and grandchildren can find peace and prosperity in married life. In the past, parents passed the keris Tilam Upih to their married children from generation to generation, which means that parents pray for their children so that their family life is good, noble and prosperous. Tilam Upih is also a symbol of hope for a prosperous life. Tilam Upih is also called the mother of all keris. According to a story long ago, Sunan Kalijaga once suggested to his followers that the first keris in existence was the Tilam Upih keris. The pamor is Wengkon. The frame along the blade symbolizes protection, demarcation and defense. It is intended to protect the wearer from external dangers. The word “Wengkon” means “surrounded” or “bounded” in the Javanese language. The frame surrounds the blade and metaphorically offers protection. Pamor Wengkon is believed to protect the wearer from spiritual attacks, temptations and negative energies. Tuah (Spiritual Power): Pamor Wengkon is associated with various positive qualities: 1. Thrift: The wearer is encouraged to be thrifty and use resources wisely. 2. Protection: The frame serves as an energetic barrier against negative influences. 3. Strength: The clear line of the frame symbolizes inner strength and determination. This dapur has a simple gandik. The ganja is mbatok mengkureb with pamor Mas Kumambang. The symbolism of the Pamor Mas Kemambang can serve as a reminder that even if something has fallen, it can always grow and bloom again to take the place of the previously felled tree. Similar to a tree that grows, spreads and eventually bears fruit, this pattern symbolizes hope and the potential for continued development and prosperity. The magical power of the pamor Mas Kumambang allows you to interact smoothly with others. This pamor motif is ideal for those who maintain a lot of contact with others due to their position.

The warangka is made in the ladrang Surakarta style from old timoho pelet wood. The pendok is a gold-colored pendok blewahan. The handle is Surakarta style made of almost black wood.
